Hey guys, returning 40k player here. I have two questions about building Acolyte Hybrids for Genestealer Cults.

I noticed that there is one model with what looks to be (to me at least) a traditional demolition charge (a slap charge and detonator), and then one with just bundles of dynamite in its hands.Which is appropriate for a Hybrid with a demolition charge? Both?
Is the dynamite model just a throwback to a previous edition of 40? Why is he in the kit instead of an extra guy with slap charges and detonator?

Both.

They have to improvise, so they'll use whatever explosives they can get their many hands on. Have fun with it!

The guy/monster with the detonator could be a special character.
