In that case, the most popular at the moment if Blood Red Skies. There is also a Mig Alley version.
However, you may also be interested in Check Your 6 (Which also has a Korean War supplement), Bag the Hun, or Wings of Glory WWII (I think that is the WWII name for it).
There is also Fire in the Sky, but that is less dogfight and more Fighter vs. Bomber.

Too fat lardies are great.
But wait! There is another option. My mate Gavin has a game he has taken to Salute a few times. Its ace, can take from 2- fowsands of players, is dead simple and uses 1/144 (or if you have a bigger table, bigger) model kits. While he currently only has hard copies he would have to post he is trying to get it all uploaded to wargame vault.
