Making a thread to showcase my latest project, a set of trenches based on pentagrammic geometry and a bunch of terrain to go with it.

There's a couple of freebies to grab as well - some tank traps and the first part of a set of 3 themed scenario gaming tables for TC (Armoured Train, Coastal Raid, The Dragon) that I'm also hoping to fund as part of the project.

Nice work. I appreciate that the skulls in the walls aren't just the same pattern over and over. I'm assuming that ladders are coming later as a stretch goal.

Thanks, the skulls are a mix of about 24 different sculpts, some damaged, all positioned and rotated slightly to add variety.

I hadn't thought of ladders, but thinking about it, they'd be essential for the height access on stacked pieces so I might throw some in.

There are non-pentagram walkways too, I'll add that into the description.

In fact, anything with a pentagram on it (unless it's really baked into the sculpt like the portals) can have a pentagram-free option to make it more usable in different settings, I've edited the description to reflect this, thanks for the really useful feedback!

I must say that, as I hit my mid-50s and have started scaling down my involvement in wargaming, I find this Trench Crusade game appears to be sparking off a lot of interest.

Quick post to mention that this project ends soon with several huge stretch goals unlocked, including these cursed pylons (which can also have the tops swapped for watchtowers):



And also this huge Armoured Church Train which has a detailed interior, removable doors and prints in 5 pieces on an FDM printer with no glue needed to assemble it!
