I love how bulky these guys look ,but i feel the heads look narrower than usual. Maybe its just a side effect of the bulk. Either way awesome models.

I'm liking that shield as a form of The Shield Eternal.

I'm thinking Sternguard. I've had a unit of Legion Breachers in my shopping cart for a while as I waffled on whether to pick them up to use as Blood Angel Sternguard, and wait to see whether the unit is worth fielding in the new codex.

Guys, guys, you're missing something very important.

It's neither a contemptor or a knight!

Rejoice, diversity!

Marines are diversity, right?

Therefore, I conclude, Valve should announce Half Life 2: Episode 3.

Is that a positive or negative comment? Personally, I wish they had some upgrade options for World Eaters that were more clearly Mk.4.

I think the IF look great.

Mostly negative. I like the models, but FW has an obsession with Mk.IV that started way back in IA4.

It is getting a bit weird now considering it's supposed to be pretty rare outside the Traitor Legions, you'd have thought a lot of the Loyalist "special" units would have fancified MK5/MK3.

The thing is that rare in a legion is still larger than most peoples collection of minis, though I d wish they'd do more Mk. 3.

Well it wouldn't be MK 5 since that isn't an actual set of armor. You go from MK 4 to Mk 6, 5 was a name given to the piece-meal armor that the shattered legions scavenged after the drop zone massacre. At this point I wish they'd just do Praetorian armor the the UM's have and call it MK8!

My favorite is the MkIII. You can definitely "fancy" it up with gold trim on the armor plates, which is just what my Loyalist Emperor's Children like.

It does make me wonder what armour the Loyalist special units will end up having. I would have pegged the Templar Brethren for Mk. III, but this may indicate more "MK IV for everyone!"

Now, I do like the Mk. IV, and were I to do a 30k army, I'd have Alpha Legion with Mk. IV here, there and everywhere, but I do long for some more diversity in the Marine ranks if they're going to focus on them as heavily as they are.

That being said, I think it's a fair point to remember that Forgeworld likes to focus on specific projects at a time; the Death Korps stuff came pretty consistently for a while, replete with groans of "More guards, bleargh" and now we're just dealing with Marine overload as they build up their own 40k spinoff. As more and more of the core stuff gets hammered out, we'll probably see more diversity again.

Maybe we'll even see carapace armoured Elysians and the Necron characters from IA12. Wouldn't that be shocking?

Therefore, I conclude, Valve should announce Half Life 2: Episode 3.

Some chapters still make MK IV Armour in m41, or maybe just the Red Scorpions.
But year a greater range of MK III Armour would be awesome, its got a real mean character too it that suits Boarding marines, heavy weapons and close combat squads

On that diversity idea, an Elysian Drop Commissar would be awesome.

Is that how much the previous HH events were priced at as well? You can go to a five day convention like gencon signed up for games in every slot for less than the HH weekender price.

Yep £70 ($109.58 US)

Although the plane ticket to Gen Con may take it above the £70

Also the events are included (as you would expect), although I don't think lunch and dinner are, I might be wrong though my memory is a little hazy on that.

You could argue travel would take the Weekender above £70 as well though.
