Missed a few updates and boy has the table grew!

So we had some extra time this weekend and there was a ton to do one the board so... we started another building











And the entrance from the courtyard. Still needs the top level and some railings but I think it’s a good addition

Haven’t done much lately. I got the resin printers working on some stairs, balconies and a bunch more sector mechanicus risers for the monorail extension.



However I don’t think I’ve posted part of the new lower courtyard kirkee built. It’s right across from New building. I really like the wide stairs. Feels a lot more open and playable. On the right you will see one half of the frame for the tunnel that runs the width of the board. This might also be the first picture of the new paver material. I saw a Reddit post with some guy who used this vinyl wallpaper that looks like stones so we got a bunch. So we are ripping up all the old stuff and replacing with this. Ignore the color obviously

This has been a terribly long time coming and I couldn’t wait any longer. here are the imperial fortress walls in place with a coat of primer and the initial ground cover layer

That looks so amazing, real inspiring work!

I mean if you contact the conventions during their planning phase and say "I have this and would like to display it/make it available for play during the con" they may very well help you set it up.

Oh wow, that is a thing of beauty assembled together.

Here are three small displays my friend, kirque/Doug, who I am building the board with just made and painted for his nephews.

He made these from insulation foam, cardboard and card stock. All miniatures were found free online and printed on his Mars pro. I can only hope our final table comes out half as good as these







Table updates coming soon. We have been working on the expanded mono rail line, tunnel and new front steps for the cathedral

Yesssss it continues! I had worried that the board was no more when I was last on here! It looks like you've made some rather large additions! Can't wait to see some more progress. And as balmong said I'm sure if you reached out to some local conventions/tournaments they would be more than happy to have your board as a centre piece of some sort

Quick Update: Both Doug and I are still alive and have every intent to get back to this project q3 2024. We are pretty deep into other dorky projects: trying to get into the San Diego Comic-con costume competition AND a custom DnD campaign with all 3d printed buildings and a custom matching Unreal active map.
