50/50 chance they'll conjure up a new winged bioform that doesn't interact with the winged Prime in any meaningful way. They shouldn't miss the opportunity to miss this opportunity.
Plastic shrikes would be lovely though. And a Malanthrope while they're at it.

Used to be that Thunder Hammers were so violent that only a Terminator could weird one without being knocked over by the recoil from an impact.
Now you have regular power armour bodies wielding giant two handed thunder hammers like it’s nothing.
Thanks, Dawn of War!

I don't know about RT, but in 2nd ed they didn't have to be wielded as a pair, they were just "normally" wielded in pairs... but aside from Bjorn, the only models that had them were dual-wielding terminators until the Chaos codex arrived and added the option to take them as singles.

Maybe an option for pairs that didn't turn on each other during questioning.

Saw a leaked lore excerpt from the upcoming White Dwarf that referenced Doomrider in a brief bit on Wazdakka crashing a perpetual Death Race on a planetary battle between Khorne and Slaanesh forces, anyone know if that's what Valrak was talking about, or is it the soft launch for what he heard is coming later? (Assuming the latter if his source also mentioned Sisters)

I'd love to see GW do some new chariots/bikes for Slaanesh; esp as they've lost their demon chariot model*
*Which personally I think is a very cool model (barring those insane plastic whips) but never really felt right in the 40K setting to me. One or two yes but there should have been a sci-fi version with some demonic guns or such. Or beefier blades or such since there's a lot of heavy armour in the 40K setting

Daemons still have them, and got a whole 1DP detachment focused on them. They're just not an option for the Emperor's Children.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe. |

Valrak does directly reference that issue of White Dwarf (came out last week) and incude a scan of it in his video. The Doomrider mention there also includes Slaanesh chariots, so maybe the EC Daemon-roster is expanding to re-include seeker chariots, or perhaps EC champions will get to ride on one as their mounted option.

Hah, shows how up to date I am then. Appreciate that. Perhaps a bit pie in the sky, but it would be nice if seekers in general saw a refresh across the board to bring them more in line with the Exalted Seekers, if not in size but dynamism.

No, that's a tricksy space elf! In RT, despite the claws it was introduced as just a power glove. It was later listed in the catalogues as just a 'power weapon'. Harlequins never had the option to take lightning claws.

No I refuse to believe that I'm that old, too. Nope. Oh no... memories.. 3+ save on 2D6... can you hand me my tartan blanket, and my walking frame please?
Slightly off the current conversation (apologies) but I'm flip flopping between completely binning this box off and going full retro, painting everything up like the 2nd Ed box and getting the 2nd Ed 3D terrain STLs from Doctor Spork.

Slapping Suppressed seems rather useful. Game winning? Probably not on its own, no. But -1BS on the right unit could help preserve your Boyz quite nicely.

Important distinction. It's -1 to hit, which means it doesn't stack with cover.

It does stack with the benefit of cover.
If of course the article is accurate. Sadly, that’s not a given.

They already told us cover gives a -1BS modifier, so yes it'll stack.
