Anyone think that this combo might be worth while for guard?  Improved comms on a vehical allow rerolls to all misses for a preliminary bombardment.  Seems fluffy as all get out to combine this with the preliminary bombardment strategem.  So does anyone think this might be effective?  .17 chance to nail something improved to .3 chance. 

Hmm...good idea, I like it. Especially since the bombardment will reduce a building to 'dangerous' terrain if a hit is scored.

Combine this with Siege Shells in a triple-Demolisher list, and good times should ensue! Make sure to bring lots of 'rubble' terrain pieces

Hey Foil. This is a great combo, just based on the fact that you get to do it for every unit. The upside is that it really only costs you 20pts for the gear and if you score a hit on a unit inside a ruin, you can make a dangerous ruin on a 4+. I have planned on trying this combo, but I haven't had the chance to. Let me know how it works for you if you plan to try it.

Sounds like a winner to me, I'll have my IG opponent try it when we play this week - he usually runs a sentinel with comms.  I'll report back with the results if he agrees.
