Has anyone else received their Princess Malya yet? Mine came without the right hand, and with an extra tail bit. Since the store I purchased from apparently doesn't want to respond to my emails about it, does anyone here have the blister that has two right hands, but only one tail bit?

Somewhere in south-central England.

Mine arrived while I was away on holiday. It seems to be complete with all the parts. I think Soda Pop would send you the missing bits if you contact them directly.

Yea, I PM'd Deke from Soda Pop on the boards here about it, but I want to see if Cool Mini or Not (the guys I bought it from) get back to me about an exchange. Or get back to me at all for that matter. So far they have a pretty low "Perfect Order" score from me, mostly around delays and lack of communication, so I am kind of hoping they make this right without me hounding them.

Update: Ok, CMoN shot me an email this afternoon that they contacted Soda Pop and are going to have them just send me the bits directly. So, 5-6 days after I sent the initial email I am told it will be taken care of nicely. Not exciting customer service, but they are taking care of it, so good on them, and I appreciate it.

Hey guys, sorry for the delay in response. I got word from CMON this weekend about the missing parts. Unfortunately, I was away at Conquest NW so just now got to check my e-mail and such. I'll have a new hand out to you promptly Wehr.

In the future if there's a mistake with any of our models don't hesitate to contact us directly at store@sodapopminiatures.com regardless of where you actually purchased it.

Terribly sorry about the packing mistake!

Isn't it also kind of a thread necro? > 1 month since last post?

Should somebody have flipped out about this? Or is it a case of "different rules for certain people"?

I'm flipping out! What blatant attempt of threadomacy!

Seriously any news on the minis, have they arrived and are you guys satisfied?

Deke: Shot you a PM and email with the info. Thanks again; you definitely are taking care of things well!

Behold! Deke from Soda Pop has displayed excellent customer support! Let it hence be known.

And I say that without a shred of irony. Good on you sir.

Shepp: News wise, other than the missing bit, I am really happy. Very clean model, with nary a bad mold line to be seen (really hardly any). Things actually fit together without glue, with the arms and legs of the beast having pins built in to connect them, which I think is a really nice touch.
It looks like there will be a little GS work to be done when it is together, but less than most metal kits, and certainly less than resin. All in all I am really excited to put it together and set brush to it.

I might have liked a little instruction page though, just to see that I had all the parts and to show where the little fins are supposed to go. Not a big deal since I can look at the completed model online, but wow, it was a LOT of bits
