I have reconsidered, i would like an alliance, terms are as follows. We will provide mutual research, we also offer military support with our large army of veteran greenhorns, we would also provide you with plans and data on any new research we complete, and vice versa, this would also mean trade right's would be expanded helping both of our economies .
