This started out as an attempt at an all infantry list and morphed into this list.  Can this list be competitive at your standard local RTT?

Why not take drop trooper on all your squads & sentinels? Its free and the only mobility you have, but rather random. For RTT missions you probably are going to need 1-2 Armored Fist squads in chimeras to get to objectives.

Why waste a doctrine on hvy weapons squads when you haven't maxed out your HQ support slots? That doctrine could be very usefull for Close order drill or Iron Discipline. Give the RR sgt with honorifica a power weapon at least so he can fight in more than 1 round of CC. Where are your special weapons?

Excellent points, I am thinking about the Armored fist squads...Went with ID, gave the RR sgt a pw, dropped the Lascannon Sent and added a six man RR squad and dumped the HW platoon. Thanks a bunch for the advice.  Its a silly thing, but being Praetorians I just can't seem to bring myself to make them all drop troops.

Why not bring this to Fat Cat's Saturday (which is AWEFULLY close to West Chester) and find out?

I think you could trim some fat and make it harder. Can you lose the sgt in the one rough rider unit and get 3 units of 6?

I don't know if you have the models, but I think that demolishers are almost required in guard now, because of all the terminators you see now a days....(from me!)

Also I'd lose the heavy bolter infantry squad (70 points), upgrade to demolishers and spend the rest on plasma guns.

Good points, thanks Ed. I will be playing the Sept. tourney at Fat Cats as my stuff is not yet painted, but will definitely show up on Sat. to check out the competition.

About 1/3 of the armies there will be unpainted I'm sure.

Ahhhh, you will have to wait till Sept. or the NEWCC cup to kick my a$$ around the room, my friend. I will be on surveillance in beautiful Chester, PA trying not to get shot for real.

Are demolishers really required for IG now? If there is only one demolisher on the table, it should be easy for the enemy to pick it off before it can threathen the terminators.

I would not presume to speak for Mauleed but I believe he was referring to my list and to make BOTH LR's into Demolishers in order to combat the high number of terminators one tends to see at tournaments.
