I know this isn't much, but it was mentioned on warseer that new plastic chaos terminators would be available by christmas. This rumour wasn't immediatley debunked by warseer's resident source/spy Brimstone, and sort of supported (via the use of a double negative).

Like i said, its not much, but it'll fuel a bit of discussion and help set the dakka rumour hounds on the hunt.

 

I was thinking about getting a marine assault termie box and a standard termie box and bashing together some chaos lads (with lightning claws, given the lack of power weapons), but luckily this wasn't happening til about xmas. Have to see what happens, I guess. Thanks.

I use the Wolves list so I can also have power weapon termies.  The Stormshield arm (arm with no hand) can take a power weapon very easily.  the Thunderhammer arm can be converted to hold a combi bolter easily. If you get the assault termies you get 5 Thunderhammers/Stormshields to convert and you get the lightning claws you can swap out with magnets.

I sent my part timer to GD Chicago on GW's dime as my "diplomatic representative" , and he came back with the news that there will be plastic chaos termies. I don't remember the time frame, though, as I was doing six other things at the time (he was regaling the club with exploits and pics)
