My group is starting to get into BFG, and GW sent me a "free" DE Corsair class Escort a while back, so I figured that would be a good spring board to start off with.

So I'm digging around on ebay, and I don't find a single DE model for sale on there.  I see lots of "Pirate Eldar" and think, ok maybe that's what their going with.  I pop on over to the GW site, and lo and behold, all I find is that single Corsair.  Nothing else for the DE Fleet.

So, does that mean the Dark Eldar where never completed as a race, or are they lumped in with something else?  It would really seem like GW that they sent me a free model that was completely useless...

Unfortunately, the DE were given I think 2 models for BFG. The larger "cruiser" sized ship and the smaller escort ship. They had some customizability, but the really only had two blisters to choose from.

Much as I hate to malign my much beloved DE, in BFG, you pretty much play chaos or Imperial....GW didn't do a lot for anyone else.

Ok, so Dark Eldar are a negative.  Guess I'll stick to what I know, and go with Space Marines.

Now I've read a few of the suggestions on here, and Strike Cruisers everyone seems to like, so I should pick a few of them up.  Escort ships though.  Where the hell do I find those?  I found 1 auction on Ebay for them, and can't find anything on the GW site.  I understand GW doesn't really support the BFG line anymore, so is that why they no longer list some of the models for the game?

Any suggestions?
