Found an affordable Hydra on eBay, scored one.

And started in on the two Warhounds.

The 90's called...

...they want their paint schemes back.

Old school titans are looking great in the paint! Hydra looks ready to shoot foes from the sky!

Dragons fear nothing, if it acts up, we breath magic fire that turns them into marshmallow peeps. We leaguers only cry rivets!

Never! These are the schemes these Titans were born to wear!

Briancj,

Old school is the best school.

At least I think so as I am getting old and so are my armies.

Hope that the deal was good on the Hydra. I love the FW version...but again I have a bias for the older model as well.

Cheers,

CB

Looking good! Those old Warhounds are lots of fun. And if I was wandering around in a giant dog faced robot, I'd give it a splashy coat of paint too.

An epic amount of "Bolt Thrower" was listened to during the process.

"Delightful" doesn't seem to be quite strong enough... but it'll have to do.

Managed to find enough motivation to git 'er done. Amusingly, one of the planets on the original Leman Russ transfer sheets was "Const."

Enjoy!

That's interesting about the original transfer sheet, I wouldn't have expected that to be there. The two planes look good, were they painted with contrast yellow?

One of the original planets was apparently abbreviated "Const." Dunno what the planet's actual name was, can't find it in Rogue Trader, etc. Maybe the internet knows.

The yellow was a rattlecan yellow, contrast yellow for panel lines, and then Flash Gitz yellow drybrush.
