wait so essentially only the traitor primarchs are alive?

They've weathered time somewhat better than their loyalist counterparts.

I find it rather boring that almost all of the evil primarchs survived. They could have had it a little more bloody.

Nobody's mentioned it yet, but Trazyn the Infinite (the Necron SC who collects stuff) is stated to have a "huge, humanoid figure in power armor" in stasis in his collection. It's not clearly stated who this is, but it's pretty much become fanon that it's Vulkan. Again, it could be any of the missing Primarchs or none of them, but no doubt it was mentioned to get fans speculating and would have to be somebody important. Just another possibility.

Where is the fluff that stated Dorn's body is on the Phalanax. I have only ever read about his hand (single) being recovered.

Croax, unless he had been devoured by Demons, has been sulking within the eye of Terror for the last 10,000+ years or so as penance for his failed attempt a building the Legion.

Vulkan is healing or something along that lines but he is trapped in a lost relic.

Latest IF fluff states they just have dorn's hand left.

I like to think that Vulkan is the "Large man in baroque power armour" who is a trophy belonging to Trazyn the Infinite, frozen in time. I agree with Khan in Commoragh, simply because it is a suitably dangerous and powerful enough of a place to contain and enslave a Primarch. Russ, Corax, its impossible to make even a guess at the specifics of what they are doing.

Russ is likely still around. There are reports of an individual who might be him leading the 13th company in the 13th Black Crusade, IIRC, and it was also implied he's still leading that company in the Space Wolves novels.
