So with shipping complete I'm free to start spamming their email with requests for replacement minis right?

progress update on my pledge-
i've gotten most of the way through building the Noh force part of my pledge, mold lines have been minimal, and easily cleaned up, outside of a few of the models with really elaborate hair
assembly has went smoothly, and i don't think its taken me more then a couple minutes to figure out how to build even the more complex guys
my one complaint so far would be that so many of them either are posed so they overhang the edges of the bases, or have such small surface areas that you're about stuck pinning them to their base
kasaro to is probably going to end up with new bases with a lot of people, i'm guessing, given how much his relic knight overhangs pretty much every side of the base

From what I understand he's a bit backlogged but he will get to you eventually.

As you were - US shipping is still ongoing

Okay so we (Soda Pop) misunderstood the last update we were given. US shipping is still ongoing with the "basic" orders finished and CMoN currently working through the more "complicated" orders now. My apologies for our mistake, we were just so dang excited for you to have everything. It's coming though, they are shipping everyday.

We'll continue to give you updates as we receive them and will make sure to read them twice.

Just when you think things are sorted out and couldn't possibly get more confused, CMoN + SPM work together and manage to surprise you.

lol, it's like they said "i'm going to use all 30mm of this base" when they sculpted these guys. 2 of the corsairs have such a wide stance that their feet touch the lip of the base on each side. I put them in hot water for almost a minute, bend them together, and used a clamp until they cooled to keep them there. There were a few other challenging Star Nebula models, but then I put together a newer Warmachine model and was reminded how bad metal models with smaller parts are to assemble. I felt much better about my Relic Knight models after that.

Received mine today. The quality is much better than I expected. Not as good as GW plastic , but good nontheless.

If you mean the Experiment of Death(Wet Nurse and Twilight Knight) that kit is PVC, and is cancelled because of inferior quality. The only thing available that would give a good measure of KDM would be the Pinups of Death- they're made from the same process and material.

You're in the Relic Knights thread?

wow who would have thought cel shadings would translate to miniatures.

Are there any other examples?

Well that's certainly beyond my capabilities.

Wasn't there some sort of giant robotic looking demon dog thing? I vaguely remember seeing renders for it.

Maybe it was one of those Void things? Did it get released?

Definitely not the Noh stuff.

This is the thing I was talking about. No idea what it is, and haven't seen it pop up on ebay orsoda pop's website yet either:

That's the Noh Dahon - it's the Noh's equivalent of a big Mech and is controlled by the beastmaster.

Has it been released yet?

If it's for the Noh, that basically just further cements the fact that they're the faction for me.

Here's the orignal sculpt - it's big given the size of the beserker

As noted, it definitely IS for Noh - and it is certainly more 'dragon' than 'dog'.

I posted a pic of it earlier in this thread as I saw it 'in person' at Adepticon - and it looks quite nice.

It will probably translate OK into PVC too.

That thing has caught my eye at several shows.. I might pick one up after I see how the PVC looks.

If the other 'larger' models from the Relic Knights KS are anything to go by, it should be quite nice!

My eyes tend to go immediately to the largest models in a range to see if it's something I want to pursue. The Noh aren't that tiny themselves either.

I completely blame Mierce for my current state of being.

The ones Alph posted? Those are all resin casts.

Yeah, that image. I'd assumed they weren't cut from the same stuff as what we get. Liked that version more than the one I got.

Maybe at some point down the line we can see premium resin versions available from SPM?
