After Kryptmans Gamble to drive the Tyranid horde into the Ork Empire of Octavius the Ordo Xenos worried about the ramifications of leaving the two sides and let one garner massive strength found a space hulk disabled it and took it over, Stationing a one of the largest Deathwatch forces to date on it. Hence Watchfortress Carthage was born. Instead of sending in small forces like most Deathwatch fortress' are able to do Watch Station Carthage has adapted to the massive forces that they are to subjugate, and hence they deploy in force.

OOC: I plan on getting at least a game in once a week, so regular updates on my end should occur. As a further note I will be using Space Wolves Codex

Description: A rather plain looking marine even by human standards with his bland brown hair and plain face Captain Avius inspires his troops and allies by his Gregarious nature and his cunning. Avius' defining trait is his tactical acumen.
Equipment: Captain Avius carries a bonewhite sword that he carefully maintains. Alongside this he carries a tattered bolt pistol that looks far older than he is, and a suit of power armor that is pockmakred by many bolter shots.
Background: Captain Avius never had any ambitions for leadership, often just going with whoever gave orders. However after 150 years he was part of the Ravenwing, a botched hunt on the jungle deathworld of Delphis Prime left him and two rather inexperienced members the sole survivors to hunt and capture one of the Fallen. Several days, and a large warband of Chaos Marines later he and the two others emerged from the forest with a cloaked prisoner in tow. Sammael was impressed that this small group was able to overcome those odds. Avius' was promptly promoted to Sergeant on site. En route to The Rock the Strike Cruisers Geller Field fluctuated, allowing a Thousand Sons warband to come in, during the madness of the assault the brig was captured and the prisoner set free. After sever casualties the Dark Angels managed to take the ship back, however the prisoner could not be found. Eighty years later Avius learned that a Deathwatch kill team had ran into and was defeated by a single Chaos Marine matching The Fallen that had gotten aways description. Avius promptly joined the Deathwatch in hopes of finding and capturing this fallen brother once and for all.

Character Name: Corvall Remus
Chapter: Crimson Fists
Age:425
Description: An honored Dreadnought of the Crimson Fists.
Equipment: a battle-hardened shell of a Dreadnought encloses the casket of this crippled warrior. He usually wields an assault cannon and a close-combat fist with a built-in heavy flamer, all the better to deal with Orks.
Background: After the battle of Rynn's World, Sergeant Remus was found alive on the battlefield. Though his ribcage was crushed and his right arm and legs mangled beyond repair, the marine still drew breath from battered lungs. Just as the Apothecary was about to administer the Emperor's Mercy, Remus gripped the gauntlet with his one good hand, and said, "I still want to fight," before slipping back into unconsciousness. He was soon interred into one of the Chapter's Sacred Dreadnought bodies. His new form would allow him to continue the fight against the hated greenskins. It is a fight that the Dreadnought performs with zeal and fury more akin to his Black Templar brothers. When the call came to volunteer for the Death Watch, Remus was one of the few chosen to serve.

To a certain degree yes, it is using the Space wolf Codex. The Watch Commander is Logan Grimnar

EDIT: So I suppose if you want to be the Watch Commander you can, just keep Logans Wargear in mind, you can change the name and chapter up if you want.

Ah interesting stuff, not sure who I'll take. Grimnar is rather tempting, though so is Arjac or the High Priest whose name I currently forget.

Description: Considered by some to be handsome, Hans does have some peculiar features such as his grey hair which sharply contrasts with his relatively youthful appearance and his peculiar wolf like yellow eyes. He is a calm quiet man who prefers to work alone. Hans is in fact considered by many to be mute who are surprised when he does speak often only to offer a sage piece of advice. However, despite his calm demeanor, he is a ruthless and vicious slaughterer in combat if not sadistic. Fellow brothers of the Deathwatch who have witnessed him dueling sometimes swear that he toys with his prey until it dawns upon them that they are in fact utterly outclassed, then does he swiftly move in for a merciless kill similar in manner to a wolf.
Equipment: What do you use to represent Kill marines? (Assuming Lone Wolf: Hans is a powerful, ferocious fighter. He is normally equipped with a Chain/Powerfist and a Stormshield which he seems quite attached to)
Background: Being a blackshield, not much is known of Hans Gunsche's past. Some speculate that his appearance deems him to be of the Space Wolves chapter, however no one can be certain. All that is certain is that he has shown true and utter devotion to the Deathwatch's cause and the talents that are required of a Kill Marine. It is noted however that Hans shows great interest in matters that involve the Eldar and the Black Legion and will sometimes seem to disappear for slightly extended periods of time at the mention of an assignment that involves either.

Description: Hardened veteran, rarely speaks. He is quite long, even for a space marine, and has short, blond hair.

Background: Like brother Corvell Remus, Brother Varus joined the Deathwatch after the Battle for Rynn's world, and bears the same grudge against the greenskins. It is known that once, when his weapons were out of ammo and his chainsword got stuck in a greenskin, he started to tear them apart with his bare hands.

Description: Quiet but smart Librarian from the Star Phantoms Chapter. Makes good use of fire based psychic powers and mind reading or powers that allow him to see into the future.

Background : A Librarian from the secluded Star Phantoms Chapter Tyco Revre is a name not often heard by other marines. Tyco is a veteran Epistolary of the chapter and looked to for his battle experiences. Tyco does not often socialize with others and spends his time reviewing material on the enemy of the next mission and reviewing the briefings as to not make any errors during the mission. Tyco was often deployed as a force commander for his chapter as his leadership skills were are exceptional. Tyco joined because he felt his abilities would grow with the deathwatch and wants to serve the imperium as best he can.

Character Name: Brother Gunnar
Chapter: Space Wolves
Age: 204
Description: A level headed Grey Hunter, who was famous for his skill with a bolter within his Great Company. Has a tattoo on his right cheek of his pack brothers names that he lost while they were still blood claws. Has a short cut beard beard while his hair is long with 2 viking braids adorned with wolf teeth.
Equipment: A Mark IV bolter, a frost blade and a suit of power armour with a wolf tooth necklace dangling from his neck and the grey pelt of the wolf he killed at the end of his initiation rights is hung from the front of his waist.
Background: Initially a Blood Claw with an unquenchable desire for close quarters fighting, but when his pack became under attack by a squad of Howling Banshees, he and his fellow Blood Claws could not deny such a glorious fight and charged in ferociously. In the battle Gunnar's closet brother, one he knew from before he was a SW initiate was sliced in half by the Howling Banshee's Exarch. Gunnar howled and closed in to fight the Exarch in single combat, eventually gaining the upper hand by slicing the Exarch's leg with his chainsword. He used his this opening and sweeped low with his leg, clipping the Exarch and tumbling her to the ground, Gunnar then proceeded to raise his chainsword and slammed it down into the neck of the Exarch and gunned the chainblade, turning the Exarch into a mess of gore. For his actions his Sergeant awarded Gunnar his Frost Blade, but he vowed never again to foolishly charge into combat. After this action Gunnar has held a unstoppable hatred towards the Eldar for killing his closest pack mate, so he joined the Deathwatch to try and help rid the Galaxy of his most hated xeno.

Background: Gunnar is a Long Fang of the Space Wolves chapter, he has served in countless campaigns and proven himself time and time again. Gunnar usually jokes and laughs in combat. While those who initially meet Gunnar they wonder how such an immature wolf has risen to rank of Long Fang. For those who truly know Gunnar, under his joking demeanor is a stalwart veteran who can always be depended on for his tactical analysis of a battlefield. Gunnar joined the Deathwatch in hopes of finding greater glory and honor.
