That upon reading the new Chaos Demons FAQ and reading that Fateweavers rule to "Re-Roll All Saves" ONLY now effects units chosen from Chaos Demons lists, I smiled wider than I have ever smiled knowing that at least 8 people who included him in their C:SM Armies SOLELY for that rule are now feth out of luck?

Hahaha..That rule NEVER bothered me! I never did the whole "Oh, I moved 1/10th of an Inch.." Cheese that other people I know are guilty of!

If it makes you feel any better, since 6th came out my Templars have been cleansing heretics better than ever before!

I think that's one change that every single Chaos player should have been expecting honestly... It made an already powerful model pretty broken when you consider teaming him up with things like Termies and Plague Marines.

I know I was expecting that change, but then, I don't need to play a Fatecrutch list.

Honestly, I'm more upset by Fateweaver having to take a grounded test if Tau shine Markerlights at him-I'm a being from another dimension, and I got taken out by a flashlight (not a knock on IG guns). Stupid fething rule. I'm one step closer to leaving GW...and I haven't played a game in 6th yet. Haven't cared to, and this kind of FAQ is making it harder to justify.

I'm totally with you on that one, and I don't even play armies with FMC's. That was a dumb interpretation of the rule. Lasing has absolutely zero physical affect on the target itself, but we're supposed to believe it can now knock something out of the sky?

Well, apparently those FMC's shoulda worn their sun glasses to avoid the bright lights getting in their eyes!

You should feel as bad as I do about the Eldar Farseer FaQ that made it not able to cast on Dark Eldar...as I and every logical player has been saying ever since 6th launched. Their sweet sweet tears of sorrow make me happy. Also bravo for always taken the full Righteous Zeal movement as I have been doing as well. It was obvious that RAI wanted you to do this, so if you didn't try to bend the rules the FaQs were not disappointing to use Templars!

If a toy sized laser pointer can ground a 747 I don't know why some flying chicken should be immune. Do you have any idea how powerful military grade targetting lasers are?

Righteous zeal is pretty kick ass imo, if you dont like the rule play vanilla .
