I never did post my list did I? I really truly believe we're entering a golden age of miniature wargames so actually many of my regular wish list entries are close to being realized.

General Science Fiction

we have plenty of near future infantry options now with Wargames Factory, Defiant and Mantic all looking to scratch that itch. Defiant's upcoming realistic power armor also ticks off another box. But there's still a few things...

High Tech Oppressors - SWAT teams, Mega City Judges, riot cops, you get the idea.

Realistic Insurgents - people in vaguely military gear with mismatched weapons. A kit that can be anything from the Battle of Mogadishu to Yugoslavia, to a zombie apocolypse to post WWIII.

Unrealistic future survivors - Mad Max, spikey shoulder pads, chain saws etc.

Guys in suits with guns - are they mobsters, corporate assassins, government agents? Who can say. But they're well dressed me with guns.

Cyber ninjas - cat suits, ball joints on the limbs, swords, silenced weapons etc.

Mutants - sewer dwelling CHUDs, wasteland dwelling cannibals, you get the idea.

Future Riot Truck - Dream Forge's new APC meets that need.

Future Mad Max cars - Ramshakle does great kits for this, now if only they were in plastic...

GW

If the leaked product list is real a lot of these were done. We'll see. By far what I really want is something for 40k close to the quality and flexibility of the Empire Militia box.

Arbites

Generic Cultists - a kit that can be Imperial, genestealer, hive gang, or chaos cults

Imperial Citizens - almost the same thing as cultists but with more of an emphasis on them being civilians.

Inquisitor and henchmen - More or less the same as the IG command squad with more crazy stuff.

A decent looking IG regiment. Please? Just one?

Titan - please? I mean you made the Skull Angel Fortress, who much harder can a Titan be?

Thunder bolt - awesome retro design, but I h8 resin

Marines in historic armor - why oh why must they be in resin? Why? WHY!

Historicals

I used to say samurai but to tell the truth the WGF ones didn't tempt me at all. But oh well...

Samurai, Ashigaru, Ninjas

Pirates - realistic or fantasy

Awesome Renissance dudes and ladies

General Fantasy

Generic D&D character sets - I am shocked, SHOCKED no one had does them yet. A single sprue with a bunch of wizard, warrior, cleric, elf, etc options. Aim it at the fantasy RPG market and it should sell. It has to sell at least as well as War of Spanish Succession plastics right?

That was Jes Goodwin's plan...

Instead they made these guys

This would be great

A plastic gorger kit would be nice as well as a plastic maneater kit.

And if warriors of chaos had some decent fething models I'd be behind that.

This means new :

Marauders that don't look like balls of poo, something as awesome as the more recent marauder horsemen.

chaos warriors that can actually be assembled with all the weapons that they are able to buy in the book, and ones that arent so monopose.

or maybe a seperate chaos chosen kit.

I've wanted a model for that pic since at least 1995.

Devious Space Marine dedicated to Tzeentch

A game board that doesn't cost 400$ made out of cheap but somewhat durable material big enough for 2-3 armies to play on at about 1000-1500pts each, I don't think GW needed to do the Citadel board at such an extensive level, if they made a desert board, roughly the same size as their current, made out of something cheap, but durable I'd be right on it, also terrain pieces that are more complete, like an actual bunch of buildings for a reasonable price

1500pts
2500pts

Kyoto, have you seen these forthcoming kits from Airfix?

In particular they have a pair of land rovers and this lovely:

All 1/48.

For myself, I would love the following:
Recut high elves
Storm Troopers (3rd edition version)
Imperial PDF fighter plane that the Orky Fighta-bomma is based on
Steel Legion

an Inqusitor kit would be great, and I mean that for both 28 and 54mm.

I would love a plastic Necron Lord/Cryptek set with tons of wild and interesting bits to make all the different crypteks standout.

I'm actually amazed any of the bits makers haven't jumped all over this! Puppetswar made some very awesome looking immortals models just recently - but damn - I think most people have stuck with their old metals or picked up the new plastic GW immortals. Meanwhile we have only one crappy $20 "fine"cast cryptek from GW.

So - any bits people reading this - a set of Cryptek bits would be awesome - you could just build it as random Techno rods/staves with a Necron hand and people can stick it on whichever Necron arm/body they want - warriors, immortals, Lychguard etc.

Non-Imperial Buildings.

I don't care if they are fantasy or 40K. I would LOVE to have some Ork forts, Eldar spires, Dwarf forges, Marauder longhouses, whatever. In particular, I'd love to see the old Gorkamorka Fort redone in plastic, but anything Orky would be fantastic. Also appreciated would be Chaos fortifications which weren't Imperial+Spikes or ruins with huge skulls.

Also appreciated would be small Imperial kits, much like the current fences and walls. I'd be happy to buy some small bridges, docks and rowboats, or other foolishness.

Given that we have an entire battleboard, buildings, forests, and hills, I'd also like PLASTIC RIVERS AND PONDS. Seriously, WTF? All of the other terrain (walls, buildings, woods, hills) is covered, but no water features? This could be a GREAT kit, and an easy way to include a river ford, a bridge and toll, and a boat or ferry.

That would ruin the Empire's skull based economy.
