This is the deal I was waiting for, just wish I'd known it was coming to free up more funds. Just in for the Monstrous Mount EB at the moment, although that is pretty sweet as-is

I think they're £30 each on quad beasts? I'll be going for 1 bloodmaw and 1 Jotun as I've been coveting both of these since KS1, not sure what else. It's a shame Malicant isn't in there I wonder why not.

You're right, JWBS- I meant 35 pounds if you only pledged for one. 30 pounds in the quad deal is even crazier!

Malacant and some of the other options (Euralia was mentioned earlier) aren't beasts; they're commanders. I'm told that's the dividing line - they're too intelligent to get lumped in!

If I buy existing models presumably I won't have to wait too long before they are shipped to me?

It depends how much shipping you pay for. If you pay for one lot of shipping you get everything when it's all ready sometime in 2015 (or whatever the latest model you choose is), if you pay for shipping twice you'll get existing stuff as quick as they can get it done and everything else once it exists.

There's a bit more to picking the correct shipping wave/date, but I think that's it in a nutshell.

Yeah...I stayed in for an early bird, but I could have been interested in 4 monstrous beasts if I got the chance to think about it.

Nice that they got to Birna. She's going to be their first flying model, so I wonder if she'll have a flight stand, or if the bird will be dragging its butt on the ground.

I'd missed they added those new monstrous beast options. That's a really good deal. If I can add it in the pledge manager, might need to find a buddy to split one with.

They will be available in the store for backers for a 'short time',

so get saving!

I'll prob be adding around £200 in the PM too.

I wonder how many people are going to grab bloodmaws and mjagnirs.

Anyone know the profit margins on those at regular price?

Trying to 'focus' my Darklands spending a bit more so I dropped my pledge 12 hours ago as there were no Norse or Mierce options then this happens.

I was going through the same thought process, plastictrees, but dropped to a pound to stay in and think about it... and then quickly was won back over by the early birds opening up, even before the craziness of his allowing all the old models to be selected.

I feel like they might let you put in a Paypal pledge after the fact here if you contact them quickly? The ordering's only going to stay open at these prices for 2 weeks, anyway.

Huh, weird, it looks like the muster rules are missing the last page which would hold that information.....

The big question is whether I want to add that monstrous beast deal, or just dump the money in the Mierce store and see what comes in September/ October.

Both options are quite tempting. I can get my giant snake and croc to round out all my giant Khthonic forces...

May I suggest Typhaggahw, the wyvern for the Brythonaid faction. It's really an awesome beast, too.
