Joss Whedon is one of my favorite directors. I am a conservative that tends to vote Republican but I wouldn't call myself a yellow-dog Republican (as in, would vote for a yellow dog if it had Republican by his name). I thought this was hilarious, possibly because I'm not a Romney supporter (as in, would not vote for Romney if a yellow dog's life relied on it) and not an Obama supporter (as in, would not vote for Obama unless a yellow dog's life was on the line, I like dogs).

Since this election is really a joke, I'm glad to see others poking fun at it. I believe Joss was letting people know that he's voting for Obama, but both candidates are "not optimal".

I like Joss, his success as a director both in film and television (the cult that is Firefly, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Dark Angel, The Avengers, Cabin in the Woods, etc) are quite notable and I don't think anyone working can handle an assemble cast quite like he can.

That said, I don't really care who he's voting for.

I don't like Romney because he supports economic policies (like trickle down) that simply don't work and he's a general asshat regarding the issues of reproductive and gay rights. In addition to having bad ideas, he's also a bad person, which is a bad combo.

And if you think Obama supporters sound like idiots, you should go to a Tea Party rally.

So basically anyone that has a different opinion than you? At the moment you are pretty broad in your denouement of others, and it doesn't seem all that specific beyond 'don't like what I don't like'. I can't help but wonder if you realize how humorless you come across as when you lash out because an entertainer made a PSA about how one guy will bring about a zombie apocalypse.
