I've recently watched every available episode of the first two doctor who's and it got me thinking.

So yeah, Who's your favorite doctor who.

Mine is Hartnell oddly.

I really like Collin Baker. His episodes might not have been the best, but i really liked him as the doctor.

The idea is that it takes extra effort and time to write properly, and they’d rather save the time. If you can still be understood, what’s the harm? While most of the time a sloppy post CAN be understood, the use of proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling is generally seen as respectable and desirable on most forums. It demonstrates an effort made to be understood, and to make your post an easy and pleasant read. By making this effort, you can often elicit more positive responses from the community, and instantly mark yourself as someone worth talking to.

In response to your actual question, Matt Smith. I liked Tennant, but IMO Smith pulls off the "Old, but also young, but also a genius, but also slightly insane" part a lot better.

I would need to go back and watch soem of the older ones again, but I grew up on Pertwee and Baker; so it is a choice between them.

However, I also really enjoyed Mr. Tenant's turn at the role.

Dr Fate. Or maybe Dr. Strange from the animated movie-total prick, became an awesome badass by the end. Wait, this is about Dr. Who? My interest has suddenly left the building...

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

Toss up between Smith and Tennant. Both strong actors let down by disappointing scripts and plotlines at times.

Tom Baker, just because the guy was so damn hilarious.

I also liked John Pertwee a lot, because the show took on such a 'boy's own adventure' feel. Cheesy but so damn awesome.

That said, I haven't seen anything from the last two doctors, who by all reports are really good.

“We may observe that the government in a civilized country is much more expensive than in a barbarous one; and when we say that one government is more expensive than another, it is the same as if we said that that one country is farther advanced in improvement than another. To say that the government is expensive and the people not oppressed is to say that the people are rich.”

"I, Darlek" is probably my favorite episode of the new run, but I saw it so long ago I could be wrong. The "Girl Who Waited" was pretty epic too.
