I know EVERYONE and their dog are doing Hellbrutes, but I love the figure!!

It's my first try at GORE on the Hellbrute. I went with the glue gun technique. I like how it turned out.

The base on the HB is really cool.

Please tell me how you did the pale skin for the brute and cultist, Ive been looking for that kind of skin to do on my chaos marines but I wasn't sure on the paints to use or how.

Fairly simple really.

Citadel Dheneb stone base coat
then a very light wash of blue and purples in spots
drybrush dheneb stone and then some lighter greys and white highlights.

Pretty spunky background

I love the oozy looking blood on his claw - how did you do that?

The shading on the armor plates really helps it stand out too, amazing stuff.

The blood and gore was done with a hot glue gun. Then just painted red. First time trying gore but ive wanted to for sometime now.
