Greetings my fellow Dakkites, for those of you who don't know me my name is Alex and I am the owner of a small webstore called Battleroad Games and Hobbies LLC. Now in the coming months we will have tons of products we will be releasing and I for one am extremely excited but one thing most people don't realise is we are a full out business in that we carry and sell all Games Workshop products (no finecast sorry) as well as all of the major players, but even more so many of the numerous other companies out there that many people haven't heard of as much.

Now one thing I like to do is contests and this one is a biggie! In a matter of days (or week depending on Domain transfer stuff) our brand spanking new webstore will launch. Anyone who remembers our old one will remember that is was rather dry, not easy to navigate and didn't have a lot in the way of updates. This is completely changed with the new shop and I will be speaking more in depth to that later on but for this one I want to share our up and coming contest.

As many of you know Adepticon is a Priemier world event in the realm of table top gaming and we have a golden ticket per say to the Warhammer 40k Championship. Now being I have said ticket I want to give it out, but to give somone a ticket well that's not much of a prize now is it, NO I want to give them an Army to go with it, and if we get enough participants I may even slip in some custom Battlefoam for the winner.Here's the rule:

-Facebook gives you 1 ticket entry into the contest, and here's where it gets good. During our opening Black Week Sale for every $10 you spend you will recieve 1 ticket and just to be fair we will round up. So spend $80 plus a facebook like then you have 9 chances to win. Spend $34 and no facebook like then you have 4 chances to win simple right!
-We will be giving out daily prizes varying in range from gift certificates to battleforces from Nov 25th to Dec 1st. Recieving a prize does not preclude you from the grand prize.
-Should the grand prize winner not be able to attend Adepticon they will still get the Army but the ticket will be offered up to another winner(sorry no army second time around).
-This is open to World wide contest and ooh ya.. we pay for the shipping and any charges that may be added during shipping, i.e international tarrifs etc.

As an enormous Arkham City fan the Batman stuff interests me greatly, but I just want to see more of the range and the rules first. In the past year I’ve bought into several Kickstarters, one of which is an entire new game (Relic Knights) and was also a fair chunk of money (some $500), so jumping into a new game sight unseen isn’t something want to do quite yet, as much as I adore Arkham City.

But none of this is your fault (or even your responsibility, for that matter), so as long as you still have them for sale after Knight Miniatures shows us more, it should be ok.

You can always build them into a necromunda gang if the rules suck.

Yeppers, I recieved you both and Alarm yours is going out tomorrow with the others. We are still taking orders for a few more days on the Batman. I want to make sure everyone who wants it gets it because we will only have on hand a few sets of each normally in the store.

ALSO this is the best time to purchase memberships as the discounts are insane, and it's a year round deal. If you buy them now then you can use the 25% off coupon for them.

Always makes me happy to hear, I have a 48 hour rule personally. Unless it's a pre-order etc I hate sitting on orders so even if I get it on a Friday I try to get it out Saturday morning and since I do almost everything priority it's generally a pretty quick trip.

Fast update for those of you stateside who ordered the Knights Models Arkham, I have recieved confirmation that we will have them next week and as soon as I get them they will ship that day. We have them from the vengeance set the problem is we learned in the past that they are not good sellers(hence i have a box pf over 50 sprues from the battleforces).

Yea, a lot of us have the old stuff. It got really cheap as people were dumping their stuff. I was just wondering about the new bikers (not DV).

Just a quick update post, due to popular demand we have decided to post the new Knights Models Batman Arkham minis and "Dark Knight rises" minis to the webstore. These are currently in route from Spain and per many peoples request we are willing to release what's in route for sale. Normally we try to avoid doing this as we don't like to make people wait but the demand for it has been HUGE here in the states. Also you may want to check out buying a membership as the deals on those are through the roof.
