Oh I did check the website of course. The information simply isn't there. I see where they let you register but you have to buy a weekend pass before you attempt to register. I don't want to pay, then find out I can't register.

I'm pretty sure that the option to buy a Colonial GT ticket would be gone or greyed out if it was sold out.

I gave the wink to show humor but that would make sense. Only weapon I intend to change is the iron fist (shield essentially). Its going to look like a shield.

The Colonial GT WHFB tournament packet for November 1-3rd, 2013 has been updated. Please go to www.thecolonialgt.com in the rules section to see the packet.

Just to clarify things, we are going to be in the War Store Weekend this year for WHFB, but we will have our own section. We are in a hotel, so you can just roll downstairs in the morning to participate in the GT. The particulars on the hotel can be found on the War Store Weekend website, as well as registration. The registration link has been provided on the rules packet, as well as the PayPal section of the Colonial GT website. http://thewarstoreweekend.com/

Also, we will be beginning the road to the Colonial GT, as the qualifiers will begin soon. We already had one qualifier at Outside the Box Games in New Jersey, and the event was sold out! The next qualifier is at Outside the Box Games on July 20th, and we have another in Chantilly, VA on August 24th, 2013. Please follow us on FaceBook; The Colonial GT, and see the posts for information on qualifiers and updates on the Colonial itself.

If you play at a store and think it can hold a qualifier, you can email me and I will see if it can be scheduled. Please let me know ASAP!

Mech Boyz Apocalypse Throw Down!

No rules. No referees. All carnage.

Bring and battle Warhammer 40,000 Apocalypse event
1500 point limit per player
Must be painted and based to play
Play until your forces are wiped out and then join the mayhem again!
You must bring all the rules necessary for your army

Just wanted to give a shout out to our two newest qualifier winners for the WHFB Colonial GT! Brad Close at the Gamers Palor and Brian Saymen at Drop Zone Games! I think it was Double Daemons for the win!

We have one more final Qualifier left to attend, so make sure you put this one on your list if you have not won a ticket! It will be held at Outside the Box Games in Voorhees, NJ. I will forward you the particular information when I have it.

We will also be looking to post up the missions for the Colonial soon.

We have a bit of info to add this week.

Warmachine event sign-ups went live this month. There are 7 events over the course of the weekend. Last year's convention had battles going into the wee hours of the night so don't miss your chance to slug it out!

There is a lot of excitement for the 2nd Edition Malifaux games. Watch for the next Beta rules releases from Wyrd on October 7th that will fill in the gaps from the 2E rulebook and Arsenal decks due on store shelves soon.

MechaniCon 40k tickets and Colonial WHFB GT tickets are quickly approaching sell outs. Don't hesitate to get your spot reserved, once again at only $49.99 for the whole weekend including any side events you want to register for!

Side events continue to be highlights of the weekend and not just something to fill up space. Battlefleet Gothic returns for the 5th year, 40K Kill Team events are here again and even Bring and Battle 40K Apocalypse goodness has been added.

The Flames of War two day event, Mid War - 1675 points, will once again be available.

Infinity has come back for a second year. The 300 point event on Saturday, November 2nd will be a blast!
