As title says, but what I am getting at is have any of you found a system of addind them somewhere for easier reference than ... look up rule in book then have to remember to look for faq list to see if its been changed? I personally don't have anyone to play with and if I got a game in well I will be in rule faq scanning hell. Ido not do ipad...I do not have funds for one and barely able to continue playing this game...been playing since 1990. Long story. Back to point...anyone have way they streamline the faqs and codex together to make faster and easier?

Print the pdfs of the FAQs/updates, memorize the rules in the rulebook and your codex, as well as the errata/FAQs that apply to your army.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

I used to buy clear plastic sheets to insert in the codecies with the printed paragraphs taped to them and overlaid on the pages. Did that for Codex: Armageddon and the 3rd Edition SM Codex, and fell out of the habit.

I like not modifying the codex itself and being able to see the original wording while having the modified text in-context.

I'm trying to get into the habit of writing on sticky notes and sticking them onto pages in the rulebook, with a simple message that mentions the section of that page that is affected, and what page in the FAQ it is. I keep all my FAQs on my iPad, but you can easily just print them off and staple them together.

I print them and carry them with the according codex/rulebook. DE ones with the DE book, marine ones with the marine book etc.

I shall rule the world someday utilizing my cuteness. And I already have one minion to help me do it!

Of course it makes sense. When there are a bunch of BDSM clowns doing Olympic gymnast routines throughout your unit, while also cutting off heads, you tend to get a bit distracted.

We have a friends tablet on hand with a net connection if we need to check something, we've all read each others FaQ's so if an issue comes up we can solve it pretty quickly.

I print out the FAQ's as they are updated and put them in a binder. I read them when they come out and review the specific FAQ's the the armies involved before I play a game.

We keep the updated FAQs in a plastic binder at the game store.
