Depends on the fluff you read, much like the Primarchs (before Forge World gave them to us) everyone has their own interpretation of how powerful the Custodes are/were, maybe we'll find out soon.
Also, this belongs in Proposed Rules.

S5 and T5 is a bit much. I'd give them Furious Charge at least, though.
Also, can you format it so that the number is in line with the stat? It's kind of annoying to read now.

Its hard to say its a good statline unless you say what points your saying they'll cost, although S5 and T5 is one of the strangest things I've ever seen in proposed rules for custodes.....I like the I5 part though, also where is there 5++ coming from?

I'd assume the same place any terminator armor gets it, or a different version of the Iron Halo.

But basic custodes don't get it, they wear armour similar to the aegis power armour worn by grey knights in the old daemonhunters codex

Ok, well in the Rulebook (6th), it clearly says that Custodians are much stronger than Space Marines.

Yeah, but Space Marines are also depicted as being nigh unstoppable death machines, yet we know how that usually ends up.
