Looks good Daba! I like the colors for the helm's visor, and the strategic use of green here and there. Should snag some more shots!

Disclaimer, not MY stuff I'm about to post. One of my buddies who lurks here (but I don't think he has an account) finished up a bunch of his PanO, so I figured I'd post the group shot for him. I have a few of his other things in my plog. Haven't uploaded the Fusiliers yet, they were being fuzzy when photographed.

I like the red/orange on the Dragoe. Looks like demo colors or something used in promotional material. I could totally see one painted up like that being used in a commercial.

I'll try and get some better shots. I don't know what is up with the camera on my phone. Something about the distance or whatever. I snapped some pics of my Gear I painted up last night and it looks awesome... so maybe it is just how I'm positioning stuff.

@Pfibp awesome work!

@Loki, looks great, I may have to get some of those.

Here's a group shot of my latest two(err, four... I guess) additions to my slowly growing Nomad force:

Feel free to click for zoom, they're kind of small here.

Lots more pictures in the latest update on my P&Mblog:

I'm not sure how much I like the idea of running them as a link team, but the box of 4 has pretty neat poses, and this one was relatively fun to paint. Maybe some day.

Another terrible phone picture, another Sekban down.

For some reason I just am not happy with the result, but that's more about me not being able to paint them as well as I want to.

I still think he looks pretty good, definitely the right range of colors for a Haq mini, and it looks really solid as far as I can tell.

Thanks guys. To be fair it was kinda my work back then so it would be very very shameful if I don't know how to paint.

I'm nothing compared to Angel Giraldez still. That makes me very very depressed. HOW CAN HE PAINT LIKE THAT.

Because he is not a human. He is a machine. A beautiful artistic machine, who we all love and hate simultaneously.

Hassassin Barid done.

I actually made a bit of extra effort and picked out the buckles on the straps in metal.

Here he is hanging out with his other Hassassin buddies.

Love the Barid model. There's just something about it that looks really neat. Great job on him.

Very nice job Loki, those look really good. How many are you up to now with your Haqqislam?

Also, random question - what are you using there for a paint rack?

Could be the cnc (miniaturescenery) modular paint racks?

It's from an Australian company, Back 2 Base-ix.

I'm up to 14 painted models. I'm ramping up my pace because I've given myself a limitation if only buying the amount of models I paint, so my backlog at least doesn't grow. One more to go and I can add the new Ghazi to my collection.

Infinity is the one where I don't have a backlog. It's because the models are a joy to paint, as they're mostly each individual projects / units.

What bogs me down most with getting painting done is the tedium of a squad and painting lots of individual figures that are largely the same.

See, I'd think like that if I didn't have 45 infantry sized models, 5 40mm based models and 3 TAGs to paint.

Backlog is the correct term.

Yeah, that was going to be my other suggestion. I know they do them in acrylic now, but they did at one time do them in mdf.

Not bad, Loki. Reminds me I have to do my Hassassin models. Sigh. So much to paint.
