Man, those look good brother!

I really need to get me some of those MAS bases.

Thanks

Regards the bases, just do it, I ordered some 55mm last Friday direct from MAS and they already here, and matching my specifications as to which ones I wanted precisely. Top service.

Great Wildcats, ckig, really nice contrasting scheme.

Simple, but great looking scheme on the Wildcats. Very nice job on them.

That Zouave looks very nice as well. Gives off a bit of a G.I. Joe vibe.

I'm really liking that Malignos, Grimdork. That's a cool looking camo effect you've got going on there.

@Barzam thanks

I definitely like the french army guy on the last page, looks like SRS bidness.

I also much like those fancy nomads, very bright and quite nice.

Very Nice Ckig. Did you have any trouble getting them to fit properly? I cant seem to get the men to fit well without a gap somewhere.

Thanks the female one and the one with his gun up fit pretty well. But there was quite a gap on the one with his gun down between the shoulder and his left arm. So I guess it wasn't just my one.

Haven't had much trouble with my other infinity stuff though. Most seem to fit together pretty well.

I had some trouble with a couple of my Shasvastii, but more so because I reposed them a little bit. I know post people will use greenstuff but I'm lazy and usually end up stuffing a little blue tack into the offensive joins. You can moderately shape and texture it in a pinch, and superglue makes it pretty sturdy unless you go around poking it with something.

For the ones that leave small gaps I started using gel super glue.

Yeah the female was fine. The guy with the gun up wasn't too bad but yeah the one with the gun down has some huge gaps in the shoulders.

Nice! I like the dark scheme, still a lot of variation in tone though. They looked flat black for a second before I focused my eyes on them, there's a lot going on. The pandas are really nice and clean and the eyes you've done give them a lot of character.

Thanks! Yeah its a bit hard to see in the photos but it's more noticeable in person. Maybe I should make the highlights contrast a bit more hm.

Just beautiful, ckig. Beautiful!

I may end up painting a buddy's Nomads from Icestorm. If I do, I'm totally stealing that color scheme!

The colour scheme isn't too far off from the studio scheme tbh
I like the nomad colours but I like to change it up a little bit to make it my own.

Absolutely wonderful looking squad, some of the nicest examples of those minis that I have seen!

Can I ask what colour you used as an undercoat for them Darkjim?

Thank you very much White basecoat, undercoat GW Hawk Turquoise, black ink wash a couple of times and then just layered back up. You can see it clearly on the nose of the first photo where I've missed a bit of layering, just murky blue really. Bit of a cop out compared to all the wonderful blending on here, I just flat colour and call it a good 'un

The Bao are superb models, they really do look like 3am-kicking-the-door-in-and-dragging-away types.

On the subject of models, I built a PanO Dragoes today. If Infinity had achievements, that should definitely be one, not an easy build.

Okay, some bad phone camera photos, but 3rd old rifle Ghulam done. I didn't spend much time on her, it's an old, dated model that I wanted painted simply for completion sake.

Here's all of the old Ghulam hanging out.

I also have the old hacker, and I have an urge to buy the old HMG (a store near me still has a few) just so I have all of the oldies. Once all painted, I'll start grabbing the new Ghulam. That way when I play SpamIslam, I'll have two distinct groups of Ghulam to differentiate combat groups.

Looking very good Loki!

You must be getting up quite a collection now.. and plans on doing any kind of themed terrain or display for them?

I've got the start to a Bourak board using Plasticraft Bourak buildings, but that's a long way off.

For display, my fiancee owes me an Ikea Detolf display cabinet for my birthday. We just haven't been near any Ikeas to buy it.
