What a legend, my conversions are a mess of greenstuff repairs. Congratulations on the webzine feature. My French is non existent but I've saved the article for reference. What was the purpose of the magnets at the end?

Nice tutorial! I am reminded of how much French I can *almost* read

Very clean conversion, good work!

Also, after that tutorial, is the artwork yours? I quite liked the Frozen/reverend healer mashup, and the riot grrls photo was pretty neat, wherever they came from. Good work, or good finds in either case!

Not too keen on the combat slacks but the smooth conversion is tops!

Not to dredge up the scale debate, but it is nice you lucked out and both models fit together well.

I just picked up the new Specnatz and that guy looks like a Space Marine next to the old Veteran Kazak

In my fluff he is a TRIUM corporate agent in Bakunin, he's the one dealing with drugs and organs cartels, so he's not really a soldier but more a commercial guy :p

All the new 3D sculpt stuff is a real nightmare for me,
but there is a lot of old stuff to work with so it's okay.

I feel you on the 3d scuplts.

I am currently taking the HMg from the Metro HMG and putting it on the Specnatz. Also I am converting the Mobolt from the MRRF starter to a veteran kazak, funny enough the only differences are the leg armor and the helmet (slightly)

Sangarn you need to prepare me before flashing your wares like that! I'm going to need a cold shower now.

P.S. Biscuits and ale: the modellers fuel.

Not sure if this should go here but...

At the Visual Inspiration thread Casey posted this picture
Spoiler:

And I found an idea for my third Chimera, I've done some plans which include a box of Zonds (for a Ciber-horse look more than a real horse) but just to see how it looks I've done something with things I had laying around for other projects (no, I didn't kill the remote just for this, there is another future in the works for him, I'm just using him to see how it would look)

Not sure about it but maybe it's the rear part of the Yu Jing Remotes that's too wide?, anyone has a picture of a Zond and a Luduan or Rui Shi side by side?

My latest work. Antipode pack in progress. Airbrushed fur colors, light underside, going to a dark brown at highest, and will have black stripe down the back starting at the head.
Next up is blocking in the rest of the colors (equipment, weapon, web gear) and then detail work followed by an gloss coat and enamel wash.

Those are going to be some awesome looking Antipodes!

Thanks for the nice comments on the Maghariba. The thing was a total pain in the ass to put together- I'm never going to do a metal model that chunky again. It weighs a ton!

I'll take some proper photos of my Haqqislam sometime, but in the meantime here's another phone pic of a Hassassin I finished recently!

Ooft, you've all been very busy. Amazing stuff.

Aldo, that's a cool start but yeh I think the rear is a bit on the large side. Keep me updated! Think I might try and work on my version at some point today.

Those make me want to do an Ariadna list with as many antipodes/dog warriors as possible.

Heh, I'm hoping that the Kazak sectorial will get a +1 AVA for Antipodes, or the option to have a 4th antipode in the pack at least.

The new Dog warriors are nice. I /may/ get the box at some point, but USAriadna is goingto be my main focus once they start putting out models for the sectorial.
I have enough Kazaks for now.

Here's one that I finished last night. I got to try out my new Windsor & Newton S7 brush, which compared to the GW brushes is like trading your car in for a Ferrari. Very happy how he turned out. ... his partner is next in line!

Can't wait to try out that heavy flamethrower
