Ok, since i got my new chaos daemons book makes me want to play my daemons again, so i decided to tally what i have. this list is at 1999+1 so a 2k idk. Heck i dont even really have a soulgrinder i just proxy in deffy as one.
So this list is everything i got minus 2 bloodcrushers.

I'd cut back on some of the rewards in general (the lesser rewards are usually better just taking an Etherblade. The greater rewards are very good, but not necessarry on a herald. I can't think of a reason to take any of the exalted rewards. you could also cut out some of the mastery levels on the characters and DP and get get a second khorne herald on juggernaut aand run him with your BL and then sling him out when he gets close to the enemy.

This is litereally everything i got, most of the extra stuff is just point filler till i get more models. Taking a exhalted reward on herald or simular to swap out for a helforged artefact and chosing the grimor of true names confering a +2 to invuls on a particular unit. Atm im might just run this to get my feet wet with the new book.

I'd give the herald of khorne the lesser gift for axe of khorne and give the herald of tzeentch grimoir of true names because if the tzeentch herald can get the 4++ psychic power he could give a unit a 2++ (I personally do this to the bloodletters)

I also suggest takIng the two mastery lvls off the herald of slannesh and give one of the daemon princes that awesome blade from the hellforged artifacts and give the bloodletters an icon and upgrade it to the banner of blood

Also if you can get ten more points to upgrade the herald of khornes locus to the greater version you have a very nasty bloodletter unit

That's was my orginal plan of buffing the bloodletter unit and gving them the 3++, i can try to rework everything, i can manage to adjust the rewards on certain units. Im defnaitly keeping the l2 on the slannesh herald to debuff a couple cerain units.
