So there's my 2400 semi comp list.. I will attend with this list at a tournament this weekend and iv'e tried it out a few times with some great succes due to.. lucky purple suns here and there and the deamon prince... being a beast generally.
Is there anything you guys want to add to my list? Inbefore you say skullcrushers are waay better than knights, i enjoy having them as nurgle with a nurgle sorc taging along em

Why great weapon instead of halbred on the BSB? Always seems like a waste of I to me, unless fighting elves

Niteware has a point. I'm not sure there's a practical difference between S6 and S7. Not at the cost of his initiative.

So, I'm down with the knights. I'm Tzeentch through and through and I can't stomach taking the skullcrushers.

The only other thing to say is that I would prefer to have a Chimera over a Hellcannon. YMMV, but the Chimera has been an all-star in almost every instance. Just him and his regen

Well having that great weapon have helped me out a few times.. dealing with high saves and high toughness on challanges, with his 3+ ward reroll 1's i tend to pick up challanges with my bsb
But i see what you mean by halberd it's 1+ str and you still strike at normal inniative.

I would love to field a chimera... but for now it's just to get done painting everything i got with chaos before i buy some more... i say that all the time.. yet i keep buying stuff making my paint list longer and longer but a kited out chimera with regen and flame breath would cost more than 210, where would i then get the points for this?


Also been thinking of making the bsb into nurgle and having him with nurgle's rot instead of the third eye.
Then making my warriors into nurgle aswell... then i got a full nurgle list

Bar the gw on bsb point, why one nurgle chariot? Can't see what it adds really. Better taking 2 units of 5 dogs, extra warriors and a 10th knight imho.

Well one thing i could add with taking away that carriot is 2x 5 warhounds (vanguard / poison)
and another wizzard lvl for my Deamon prince.

i'm a big fan of S7, there are a lot of T6 monsters out there that the warriors are not going to be able to hurt reliably, so that S7 helps a ton. Since he has the ToP and Third Eye it shouldn't matter much that he's striking last.

No, but it could make a difference to combat rez - WoC often have fewer ranks, so need every extra wound they can get - striking first and taking 0 wounds is better than surviving after taking only 1 wound

The tournament is over and i won overall 2/3 games ended fifth, could done better in the last game but the dice just didnt allow me to
