Im a member of a Wargaming club called The Dorklords, hailing from southern Ontario in Canada. We recently started our own Wargaming channel on Youtube where we post various videos. For the most part the vids are either battle reports or exposé pieces on local events/artists. Ive been a fan of these forums for a long time, but it only recently occured to me that some of you guys might enjoy our videos, im sharing some of our 40k batreps below...

Second report was fantastic as well. I really thought the orks had it, and was rooting for them the whole time. Orks and DE are my armies of choice, so I always hope for the best for them - and I've quickly learned to hate the Tau with both, so I'm always eager to see the blueskins shot down. Shame that last turn went so poorly for them, though great playing on both sides and great looking models.

It all came down to the dice rolls with this game! Both sides had the strength, abilities, and numbers to Krump each other good. Crazy dice gods do like to have their way!
In the end though, it was an excellent game... Now that they have their new Codex (as this video was made before that time) my Orkz do look forward to taking on those crazy fish people again!
Whats the deal with the deffkoptas not being on flying bases? I didn't know you could do that.
Quite simply... I had forgot to bring them for the game! Got home afterwards and there they were sitting on my home game table!
We made the quick ruling that it would be ok for this game

Yea, the dice gods can be fickle some times. I run a list fairly similar to yours, Skarshak, though instead of artillery I run Kans and Dreads, not sure if that would have really helped here though.

In this particular game... who knows?! I do have a full on Kan Wall List, but didn't want to have to take the time moving 150+ models while filming one of our first BatReps!
My 1500pt Trukk list has come a long way since then... now at 5 trukks and even more boyz, it's hasn't let me down! It even went undefeated with it at a tourney in Barrie Ontario a while back.
They'll be in a BatRep again soon enough, and who knows... maybe we'll have to do an additional BatRep with my Kan Wall soon!

Pity about that, I hate using the flying bases (pain in the ass to transport, break, models fall off them on the table, etc) and was hoping I could just leave them at home forever!

I watched both Batreps, then I went back and watch your others guys vids because they were so good! I subb'd to your guys channel. Honestly, really awesome quality batrep, I LOVE the special effects!

it's one of the best reports I've seen! love the intro, the music, special effects of the skimming tanks & shooting , nice pace, nice explanations, great stuff! you might want to consider HD though
love the atmosphere as well as your painting
