I ordered 60 Horus Heresy marines in early April and they still haven't arrives at my flgs....does this happen to others often?

I have ordered from forge world 5 times and I usually recieved my things within 10-14 days. I had my stuff shipped to my home thou, its possible that your store got them in and someone sold/misplaced them. Does your store have your order number so you can track them

I hear a lot of people have problems, but I personally haven't experienced any at all.

Why should they come to your FLGS? Did you not order them through the site?

If you have not ordered them directly, and have had your FLGS place the order, I would say they probably have not placed it.

FW has plenty of these marines in stock and an order we placed last week has already arrived. Ask you FLGS for the order number and call FW if one is actually provided.

Note FW does not have a voice mail system, so anyone claiming to have left a Message with FW is not being honest. FW has gotten incredibly well versed in shipping and delivering on goods over the last couple of years and I find that in most cases, when someone is saying something has taken a long time, there is another underlying issue.

The only other potential problem could be hat your FLGS has placed a larger order, of which you are a small part, and something in that order is out of stock and holding it up. But even then it should not have taken as long as you have described.

I would not of thought FW would ship to a FLGS anyway. I know my FLGS cant get Forgeworld shipped to him, because Forge world sell direct only. they don't sell to resellers. Or they do But in very limited numbers.

I am in the UK so I get FW stuff next day, I cant see them taking this long getting to you, Unless your FLGS is trying to get a discount from FW for retail seller. Which FW wont do either.

As above I would ask the the FLGS for the order number and phone up Forge world. Remember its UK times. FW is Open 10am-5pm, If you cant get hold of Forge world DIrectly. Phone Warhammer world GW store. They are open from 10am-10pm on most days. And they should be able to sort out your order.



I fined it very hard to believe the FW haven't shipped these out to you yet. If i drove to Nottingham today. And placed an Order for a Tau Manta they would Have it there 2 Hours later. So even stuff out of stock is quickly made to order.

Not through the normal retail supply methods, but often FLGS will organize group FW orders to reach the free shipping threshold. The FLGS owner collects money and shopping lists and buys all the stuff as a normal customer. The goal usually isn't to make money, it's just a service to the community.

It's not impossible. FW does occasionally hold orders if something is out of stock, and we don't know when the store actually made their order.

ill have a talk with my flgs owner. It was a large order to reach free shipping.

Ive had this issue with my flgs. I ordered Aeronautica and waited for months... they never placed the order due to waiting for other orders. I still dont have my book... I guess I will order it directly.

Like Carl,I have a bit of a FW addiction... Just placed an order last week and it has not shipped yet. This has only happened to me once before and is typically when I pick some Tau model that needs to be recast.
