Well since no one has replied, I will continue this thread for the update . Recently after playing a few games, I am currently 4-0 with the 1st list I pointed up, however many people keep pointing out that PF's are a waste on the Sternguard Sgt, even though they played a big part in my game against a Tyranid list with a bunch of big bugs, but I decided to trade them out for something different. With the difference in points, I managed to make 2x different lists, each with a few minor adjustments so out of these lists tell me which one you like best, but there is an option for none of them and if you vote on that PLEASE TELL ME WHY SO I CAN USE IT TO MAKE MY LIST BETTER! Thanks for the help.

Hmmm if I had to chose I would have to go with the 2nd option, as overall it is the most balanced one you can take. The 3rd Stormtalon is a good option as well as you will definitely have Air Superiority against most armies, however the Librarian is a lot more useful due to all of the Physic tests and abilities many people take in this edition. Besides that, I could see the first list being useful against certain armies like the Nidzilla list with a lot of big monsters and the amount of Heavy Walkers running around, but overall its very situational so that's /why I think the 2nd list is your best option.

19th Krieg Siege Army 7500pts.
40k/HH Night Lords 5000pts.
Orks Waaaghmacht Spearhead 2500pts.

You'd have to drop Pedro's squad down to 9 guys. Only 10 to a pod.

Yeah, unfortunately the new Space Marine Codex kinda messed up combat squadding the sternguard with an attached IC for dual purposes on the drop... so that means your sternguard squads will have to be equipped for a single purpose (which in my mind hurts lists like this). Most of the time I'd say just use 5 combi-weapons on them anyway (leaving some ablative wounds to toss to interceptor, etc).

Also, it may seem a bit "broken" fluff-wise, but you can 'technically' RAW use Pedro as your Warlord and use the Sentinels of Terra Chapter Tactics rather than Imperial Fists to get close-range bolter drill for your tac squads (a slight improvement in my opinion if they will be podding in at close-range). Also, some of the relics are kinda neat like the "bones" for your librarian; maybe try for puppetmaster or invisibility or something and then the bones would help you pull it off? - just thinking out loud...

I'd drop the beacons from the pods, seeing as pods auto-stop when hitting lots of stuff on the deep strike, there's really not much point to them (unless you're risking the first pod right at the board edge... then it can be nice to get subsequent pods there too... but by turn 2 the enemy will probably be spread out, negating the need for this anyway).

I'd advise keeping the purposes of your Tactical Squads' equipment the same... they should all match - all melta for anti-tank, flamers and heavy bolter maybe for anti-infantry, etc. I think they should have a purpose before coming in from reserves.

Stormtalons are awesome, and you should be fine protecting them if you equip your sternguard to take out enemy anti-air on turn 1 (hunter/stalker, skyray, weak troops behind an aegis - go ignore cover rounds!, etc.) so I like taking 3 of them, and I'd arm as many of them with lascannons as you can; I think their purpose in this list is gonna be anti-vehicle/other flier.

I would take 3 tac squads, 2 sternguard squads, the librarian, and 3 stormtalons if you can.

Hope some of that feedback helps...
