So more recently, cool. Sounds like the new ticket system is working well.

PP: 3 days about a month ago for some bits to be shipped out and delivered to my door.

I had a mispacked assault cannon bit for a Crusader (got two rights instead of a right and a left) take 6 weeks to get to me in 2005, and I live in Houston. It happens. Part of it was them logging the request, part of it was not being able to tell left from right (thrice).

It's really good to hear they've cleaned their process up! Hopefully I don't have to use it anytime soon, but it's good to know that I can have a lot more faith in it than I did back in the day.

Their customer service is good. Just might take you 12 emails to the service desk to get your parts.

I kid, i kid.

Don't know if Adam is still running the show over there, but he was always solid about helping out with missing or fethed up bits. Sometimes you did have to send a reminder email or two, but i always had my issues ironed out.

Though i have heard some horror stories (i think mostly of the variety "you are sending the email, but we're not getting it" variety).

I mean, it's Dakka. I thought snide arguments from emotion were what we did here.

That's why he stopped using the email system and instead have a submission form on their website I think. I've not really heard of any problems after they switched to that. I know I've never experienced any using it.

Wonder if well get any delay complaints around now though as its going into GenCon and that historically causes problems with them getting stuff out the door.

Gathering the Informations.

I might have to file a ticket as one of the rifles from a Ranger(specifically the Ranger with her rifle slung on her back and holding a sextant) has broke.

If I cannot get it fixed to a point where I am happy, I'll contact them and see if they can help.

That's a common problem. Most people cut off the barrels and make new ones from brass rod.

Not so much for rifle barrels, but I wish with the resculpting and moves to plastic that they've been doing that they had made all the models with spears predrilled and brass rod ready. That would have been AMAZING.
