Here it is. I have the codex just not the men so this is what I will get:

HQ
Librarian Warp rift
Xenos Inquisitor

Elites
5warrior acolytes with boltguns

Troops
2 PAGK's 1 psycannon each

Heavy Support
Dreadnought autocannon psybolt ammunition

Trying to keep it cheap. I can proxy all of this so I can play whilst waiting to get them.

Also to expand to 800pts I was going to add a dreadknight and give my justicar's master crafted daemon hammers.

Do you plan on having the Librarian hang out alone or join a squad?

Personally I would go for a Inquisitor with, TDA, psyker, and psycannon. Cheaper than the Librarian and has more killy power in shooting. Another route is a Inquisitor with PA, psyker, and the grenades which is also less than the Librarian and can ride with the Strike Squads.

With the Inquisitors you can also get a henchmen squad which could provide cheap support.

Are the Strike Squads 5-man? If you go razorback make sure they have psybolt ammo.

Dreadnought is good, just keep him back.

When you bump up the points, avoid giving the Justicar the hammer. A halberd will do you better for challenges.

I make bad decisions and think they are good.

Yes they are in strike squads. And the reason I gave daemon hammers is because they 2x your strength and don't mess with your initiative (I think). I'm stilling trying to work out where to put the Librarian. Also, I don't know where I will find the points for psy bolt ammo. I don't think I can change anything to give me enough points (Well, anything I want to).

My problem with this list being that I like the small numbers of the gk and that there are no GK models. Part of the reason I wanted to play this was because I loved the models but no the inquisitor models. If I wanted humans I would have stuck to Imperial guard.
