Creed in a vendetta?

it can be a good thing sometimes , it helps my command squad stay alive longer with the astropath and officer of the fleet

Creed's biggest buff is having 24" range for orders and he can give you 4 orders. However, if he is in a vendetta he isnt on the board and he cant give orders while embarked.
