I have decided between armies to work on and looks like Orks win out over Dark Angels. The sheer fun of building stuff wins out.

Hope more old fools come to their senses and start giving you their money instead of those Union Jack Blood suckers...

Because orks. Nuff said!

Finished my first Escalation game.

Orks vs CSM.

Orks won, and had a blast with my Stompa, but for the points i didn't think its effectiveness unfair. It was down to three HP at the end, and would have blown up long before the final turn (turn 5) if there hadn't been meks aboard.

CSM player found it to be awesome fun too, but then he borrows my orks from time to time also...

The Viletide: Daemons of Nurgle/Deathguard: 7400 pts
Disclples of the Dragon - Ad Mech - about 2000 pts

Rhulic Mercs - um...many...
Circle Oroboros - 300 Pts or so
Menoth - 300+ pts

Blazing sun.

I've got a pretty decent sized naval fleet already but now I've suddenly got an entire land army too and have to figure out how to paint it.

I'll be packing up my hobby stuff for a move. Losing my hobby dungeon for more of a study. Might have to get an airbrush hood.

Tis a sad day indeed. We are looking at an apartment, and while it has some room for storage, I won't have a dedicated space really.

Today I receive deadzone, then must go right to work all day. I might allow myself some time to look through the box tonight after work, but I should really finish some work projects.

I had to do this about 2 months ago when we bought our house. Fortunately I got my own hobby room at the house, but its nerve wracking moving all those fragile minis that you've invested so much time in.

I'm pretty nonchalant about it, we don't stay in one place too long lately, for whatever reason. The only thing I'll be losing from the basement is playing area, and it's not idea due to low sealing and support pillars. The garages at the new house will be better for setting up a table, if a bit cold, and for displaying models likely. The study will be much warmer, I'll just have to manage my space well to have efficiency instead of clutter.

What brand? Also, is it any good? I just can't come up with a good solution for my desk.
