Well, I have all the LE codex books so far... but I will pass on this.
1. I have the books already (except for BL)
2. They are the exact same books
3. I am asuming the price point will be $300 or over
4. I'm sure my wife wouldn't want the art prints framed
Games workshop doesn't give deals anymore, so this one will cost enough that I don't see it selling out in an hour.
I hope they make an LE Black Legion Supp that is available by itself.

Not really sure what the point of this is, and this is speaking as someone who will throw money at GW for awesome new shineys.
If I wanted the LE deamon or chaos codex...I'd have already bought it. If I wanted the Black Legion suppliment, I definitely would have bought it.
I don't know, maybe it'll make more sense when it's fully released, we don't have all the info yet. But it would have to be pretty spectacular for me to splash out on it. Well the deamon collectors' edition are selling for £75-£100 on ebay. I don't know how much you paid for it but I doubt it's "yesterday's discarded crap".

They probably found a crate of left over LE codices stacked in a dusty corner of the warehouse, behind the monolithic pyramid of Dreadfleet sets that some poor intern had forgotten about, master plan will be to package them together to shift 'em.

Oh, good point, I haven't even thought of looking at it on eBay because I never sell my stuff. That would probably give me a warm, fuzzy feeling, at least though. I got it at retail

Yea I am currently making an Iron Warriors counts as army using the space marine codex. Now that centurions are basically oblits AND I can have thunderfire canons and iron clads it doesn't even make sense to consider the actual chaos space marine codex

Wild speculation here, but since they're rumoured to have had printing trouble, wanna bet this package is running really late? I think generally the big criticism I'm hearing is "I've already got those books" or "If I wanted those books I'd already have them". Maybe GW wanted them available back when the original codexes were released?
