Hey guys! Im working on a conversion and having alot of trouble finding a suitable head for it. Im trying to find a head to go on a chaos space marine that looks like Cthulhu or something similar. Ive been all over the web and so far it doesnt look like anyone makes something like that. So far the best I have found is one of the Dreadball teams made by Mantic but I rather not go that route. Has anyone seen anything like that? Thanks for any help!

Yes, the genestealer box includes one cthulu-style tentacled head, and it could look quite good on a chaos figure. It's quite popular though, for various nid conversions, so can be expensive at bits stores.

The Yrmlgarl-head that was suggested by Clang is a great starting point, as is the CHS head. You could also consider Reaper, they make a range of bathalians (can't call them illithids since Wizards has a copyright on them )

If you use the bathalians, check the sizes, some are a lot bigger than others.

i think there might be some 3d printer service somewhere online where you can submit your stuff for printing and then open up on the market for sale as well--you jsut get nothing for it or very little for it. I know I've seen a lot of different ones. I mean, I found ones with masonic lodge symbols. You could probably either find, or make, your elder sign stuff..
