Dark Angels Neophyte Undergoing Surgeries

Hi all!
I just recently started again with 40k after about a 10 year break. (i was younger and it was an expensive hobby for a teen who has to pay for everything himself) I used to play chaos, cause f*** those pansy space marines.
But i picked up a Dark Vengeance box and started looking into the Dark Angels side of things first and found out Space Marines are pretty badass. So i started painting those. And will be using them as my main army for the time being.
I found this site while searching for various tutorials and stuff, just today i finished basing my first model with tips i found here. so i thought i would register and stick around since this seems like a good place to learn alot.
I must say i'm totally addicted again, haha this morning i couldn't wait to get up and just base that model.

Woo! Welcome back to the hobby! I stopped for a similar reason, and just recently got back in as well, and I haven't regretted it one bit (well, maybe my wallet has), and I'm having a blast!

Currently i'm just focussing on painting the models from my DV box really. But in the future i'm thinking about a deathwing terminator army, i just love how they look, especially the knights.
