I like it, looks very natural, almost as if it's been kept in a garage for a few years. Normally I would ask how you did it but I won't, I keep being told about lots of expensive things to buy when I do

Its not that hard. I just used old blister foam to sponge a grey over white and orange basecoats, then washed the recesses in Nuln Oil.

I have only experimented a very little with foam just recently, so it's good to know you can achieve such great results with it. Thanks for sharing

I'm not usually a fan of orange, but your sky ray looks brilliant. The orange is kept at just the right level to avoid it being over done, and with the grubbiness, helps it not be so garishly blinding.
