As title. With the possibility of a new "warzone" book coming out I though it might be inserting to find out.

Historical for me. Fluff always has more value when the stories come from the past. Just my feelings but it just feels it should be historical

I prefer the historical standpoint and I think that the blatant favoritism is ruining a lot of the more recent fluff.

But some of the personal accounts like we used to see in a lot of the older (mainly 3rd ed books) were nice addons which made the fluff seem more alive.

I'd settle for mere consistency in the fluff instead of instead of minor tweaking to shoehorn in some writer's pet project, especially when it's obvious that the writer has not read what has already been written.

Historic record and personal record. I like real figures and data. Heroes and Villans or "main characters" bore me along with story lines. I just like seeing facts and personal records like the guard one in 3rd edition? codex.

Lack of the above is why I dont like GW lore.

Sure it is, blatant favoritism!

I pick blatant favoritism/propaganda due to GW's "everything is canon" stance. If there is ever a contradiction in the codices' fluff, etc., you could just chalk it up to propaganda.
