Heavy: 515
Dakkafex brood x2
Tyrannofex - regen, elecroshock grubs
List comes out to 1500 exactly. Shooting for an all comers lists.

Looks pretty nice  I would have built the CC Warriors as Shooty though...(2x Deathspitters,1 Cannon) The troops is a little "light", but not terribly so. And you have a Dakkafex Brood, in addition to a Tyranofex.
Regen is often an "iffy" buy, but a Tyranofex at low points is as good as you'll get All in all, I think you'll enjoy using this list.

I agree with the above statement - though all together this is a tough to kill shooty list (is your plan wonder forward and shoot? - this could work well).
Would be slightly temted to go full terma (v light opinion). 
Is there any way for you to sneak a couple of biovores in? I think this would compliment ur artillery nicely.

Yep, basically just go forward and shoot. I don't have any biovores at the moment. I'll have to proxy and test them out. I'm not too fond of the model; however there is a tutorial on how to convert them from the hive guard set. Looks a lot better imo and saves moar moolah $$

This looks like a good list. I would recommend 2 changes.
1) Like the others said, I would change the cc warriors to shooting. They will never make it into combat with only 3. The T4 4+ ensures that. Focus them on shooting. They will do more and will save points.
2) Drop the regen off of the tyrann. Regen is rarely worth it, and you can usually do more with those 30 points. Use those points (and the points from the warriors) on more little guys. The way I look at it is this: regen MAY get you back a wound or 2, but most good opponents will focus on killing the MC in one turn, wasting those 30 points. 8 terms or 6 horms, on the other hand, will be on the board, soak up fire, and allow your troops to remain to hold objectives. Tyranids win through numbers.

Here is the updated list. Looks pretty solid. Dropped the melee warriors and regen on Tyrannofex to add more bodies. Swapped for shooty Warriors, 4 more gaunts, and 6 more gants. That's 10 more wounds + more firepower. Thanks for the tips guys.

Maybe swap z thrope for v thrope? The warriors plus to Flyrants is probs ganna do the trick synapse wise (is there another reason for it?)

I figured 2 venomthropes would suffice. Just added the zoanthrope for more synapse, anti-armor, and extra pysker goodness.
