Subject: Inquisitor or Stalker/Hunter?

So I'm finalizing my list for an 1850 GT and am debating whether to use my last couple of points to add either an Inquisitor with 3 servo skulls and ML1 or either a Stalker/Hunter. Being primarily a bike army, Heldrakes are a big concern for a TAC list and right now my primary AA is in the form of 2 storm talons. I could add in a stalker/hunter for extra AA or I could add in the Inquisitor to stop opponent scout moves and, through prescience and servo skulls, make the whirlwind and TFC more accurate. Which would you choose to include and why?
The heart of my list provided below for context. A third possibility is to drop the relic whirlwind and use the extra points to bring a storm raven as well.
Primary Detachment: White Scars
Kor’sarro Khan on bike – 150 points
Command Squad on bikes, 5x grav gun – 210 points
5 Bikes, 2x plasma gun, Sarge has combi-plasma – 145 points
5 Bikes, 2x grav gun, Sarge has combi grav – 145 points
4 Bikes, attack bike with multi melta, 2x melta gun – 159 points
5 Scouts, 5 sniper rifles – 60 points
Thunderfire Cannon – 100 points
Stormtalon w/ Skyhammer missiles – 125 points
Stormtalon w/ Skyhammer missiles – 125 points
Allied Detachment: Iron Hands
Chapter Master, Artificer Armor, Bike, Shield Eternal, Powerfist
4 Bikes, attack bike with multi melta, 2x melta gun
Whirlwind Scorpio, Legacy of Glory: Battle of Keylek

Considering the stahunter has no interceptor it wouldn't really stop the hell drakes from toasting marines.
Inquisitor on the other hand has some nice utility with servo skulls and the same old same old and can hide with the TFC.
if you get luck you could also maybe fish forewarning which would help out.

I would hide him with the scouts, putting him with the TFC is asking to have it focused.

You already have your two stormtalons for AA so i would go with the inquisitor

Two counter points Though is that TFC at T7 and a 2+ Techmarine can tank quite a bit. its a nice little bullet magnet that can take some fire power away from other things (though does suck to lose) and in a squad of camo scouts it can be focus fired out though relatively unlikely.

To focus fire your opponent needs non-cover ignoring shots, right? Which means if you pass your LoS at 2+, those scouts are taking their 2+ cover saves. Also you can hide the inquisitor so that your opponent lacks LoS to him. Hiding a whole unit is hard, hiding a single model is easier. Automatically Appended Next Post: Alternatively for a few more points, you could drop ML1 and take terminator armor and a psycannon. 4 Rending S7 shots with decent range if the bikes will be too far to benefit from his psychic powers.
Or go the other way, take a hell rifle for a single AP3 shot to add to your snipers with similar range. That guy is only 49 points if you leave him with no upgrades but the skulls and rifle.

Focus fire just lets all wounds be allocated to the quiz first because of camo cloaks on the scouts. it is a 2+ los 3-5 + armor on a T3 model. Its tough as nails against non ignore cover but once you do get one like a hell drake Wave serpent or Tau its very likely that he will get chumped. at least on the TFC they need to get through T7 and a 2+ or 3+ armor save.

Yeah, if you took him in terminator armor, then you'd have the 2+ LoS and the 2+ armor and the scouts would be sturdier against non cover ignoring shots, but yeah T7 is nice.
