I have far too many of these to be healthy. In the CSM, Snowflame avatar of cocaine leads one squad of my bikers. Rock Knight leads one squad of noise marines, and I'm working on Mr. B Natural for another. Cultist Chan leads my camping squad. Then of course there are the female not-marine squads led by Lady Gaga. (Pretty sure she worships Slaanesh) Wip; a Baron Harkonen to stand in for a Nurgle lord, a squad leader based on Scorpion from MK, and a herald based on Angela from Night of the Demons. I had a princess Molly Daemon and Discord Drake just for S&G as I knew a couple of players hated MLP. (You know who you are ) Of course Ironwill was cool enough to make me a Dash marine, who currently leads my fallen Rainbow Warriors.
On the more canonical side (kinda) my Chaos lord is Slaaneshi Draigo, one squad of bikers follows the now headless Doomrider.

As for traitor guard I have beastmen as vets led by gunnery sergeant Torgo. (And his lucky bolter 'Hand of Fate') I had a Reb Brown Marbo (because one fake Stallone deserves another.) The company commander model reminded me so much of M. Bison I just decided to go with it. I'm finishing up my Cyberdemon Imperial Knight. I just inherited my friends guard which has versions of every player in the venue as well as a Tank Girl vehicle I'm proxying as chaotic Pask.

Do you ever look back at something you just wrote and realize you've gone way overboard? Then again I am Slaaneshi, so too much is never enough.

I want to see ALL of these!

That figure was probably the hardest custom job I have ever done......just because it painful, psychologically, to work on.

My friend's Internet RP character that he uses for pretty much everything has been the focus of more than half a dozen Space Marine models, as his RP character is the leader of the Hellfire Marines (Hellfire in this case referring to his RP character being a Hellfire Fox with both shadow and fire magical abilities or psychic abilities or whatever 40k calls magic, and in 40k terms we treat him as a benevolent Warp entity who's manifested himself into the material realm or whatever the physical world is called in WH40k. There's also some fanfic we've come up with about his people's part of the Warp being relatively safe from daemonic infestation).

I usually make one for his birthday and one for Christmas, then I usually paint and take photos of them, since we live many hundreds of miles apart and neither of us particularly cares to meet the other in person at this point.

I've also made some models of another friend's RP character, but not as many. His RP character's a benevolent Chaos Dragon (dunno how those words go together, but I'm not gonna question it) who prefers the use of a boltgun and power sword.

My friend plays IG, he has Cain as one of his commissars and Amberley Vail as another (he uses the Ivanka Kurganova model from Raging Heroes).

If anyone is into UK grime music then i have a treat, me and my friend were hammering of some bars when we then realised we could name each of my IG squads so 1. is "ruff squad" another is "roll deep" etc, my main hq would be simply the kings of grime which would be "JME, SKEPTA, JAMMER" my most chinese themed commisar would be "mr wong" and marbo (because hes a one trick pony) can be "krucial" since he has no bars.
