just a quick question. is one prime with two warriors a legal unit since the minimum unit composition of warriors is three? i want to know since the warriors only come in boxes of three.

No, a minimum Warrior squad is 3, a Prime is a seperate HQ choice of one model.

Nope, you'll need more than one box. On the "plus" side, a Prime is a generally poor choice for a HQ. So you usually not be wanting one. I'd guess you might want one for a cheap HQ on occasion, so its an "OK" build, you can just use it as a Warrior when you don't need it as a Prime.
