Specifically, I like to hear thoughts on how valuable egrubs are for the ubiquitous 2x devs flyrant. On a tervigon/tfex i'd almost always take them.

A s5 ap5 flamer for 10 pts Is a bargain for any army - adding haywire to its effects is just icing on the cake.

Never used in 6th, added it to my 7th list, and so far its been a life saver. Best use so far was when my tyrrant was on the ground and my opponent charged me with a dreadnaught. Killed it in overwatch from the wall of death hehe.

It's perfect for when you need to get one more hull point off, like a bastion or a Leman Russ. Also, more Flamers is always good! Imagine what that thing would do to DE skimmers...
