On an Express Elevator to Hell!!

Really like the look of the YT-2400, very neat looking miniature.

Love the more 'generic' style freighters and what-not, think it really helps flesh out the game.

Not sure about the origins of the other one, but it does look nice.

This may have gotten me invested in X-Wing.

I've been waiting for a ship from something other than the movies, so I might actually dabble in this game.

What's the cost of starting up in X-Wing?

A mere 30-40 dollars, depending on how cheaply you can find the starter set. Then just buy the ships you want. A standard game is a hundred points, and you can play that with just 2-3 ships for the rebels. $100 will get you at the most usual playpoint. But be warned-

Yeah, though those were suggested in light of the "well, what else is there to do?" question, and not as part of the EU.

I never understood why people like Hanlite, I mean Dash.

He even flew a miniFalcon FFS.

....you....

Dash is awesome. I have an old Outrider AND Dash toy from the SotE figures line (as well as everyone else). We like Dash because...he's Dash. We don't have a reason. We just do.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

I'd like to see the VT-49 next to one of the current vehicles to get a better idea of its size.

I really like both these ships. Usually I stay away from fatties, but these are extremely attractive.

Playing: Droids (Legion), Starks (ASOIAF), BB2
Working on: Starks (ASOIAF), Twilight Kin (KoW). Droids (Legion)

In Star Wars Galaxies it was meant as the a Imperial faction exclusive equivalent. So just picture that front window as being similar in size to the falcons.

Sorry for the threadomancy, didn't think it warranted it's own new thread and this seemed like the logical place.

Miniature Market's Deal of the Day Combo!

Today Only - 1 VT-49 Decimator and 1 YT-2400 Freighter Expansion Packs for 50% off SRP.

Heavily armored and packing a pair of turret-mounted quad laser cannons, VT-49 Decimators were primarily used for long-range reconnaissance and border defense. One of the most feared warships in the Imperial arsenal, command of a VT-49 Decimator was only granted to the most promising officers.

A favorite ship of smugglers like Dash Rendar, the YT-2400 had a large cargo capacity for its size while retaining the speed and maneuverability of a smaller vessel. Although stock models came equipped with turret-mounted lasers, Rendar upgraded the weapons on the Outrider to help "guarantee" deliveries.

Contents:
1 VT-49 Decimator Expansion Pack
1 YT-2400 Freighter Expansion Pack

$28.00 for both of them...total.

It's the second time in recent memory that they've done this deal. I guess they must have A TON of overstock on these guys.

Not sure I can stretch to afford it. Which is a shame as I could get the deal, the imperal aces expansion pay for shipping and still come out about 20 quid ahead.
