Orks - 6th (and now 7th) edition CC nerfs.
Eldar & Tau - Having people assume you're a jerk just for having those armies.
IG - too many tanks left to paint
Grey Knights - Shading and highlighting silver
Emperor's Children - Having my army divided into two codexes and losing all sonic upgrades.
Chaos Daemons - Being a CC army in 6th/7th edition
Sisters - No real codex available for too long
Imperial Knights - Way overpriced with changes to D weapons

Thought of another one for Sisters of Battle.

I haven't made a purchase for my Sisters since December last year, when I asked for a second Exorcist as a Christmas present. This is purely because there is nothing that I have yet to collect that I would actually use in a game.

I have:
-4 Meltagunners, 5 Sisters with Flamers, 5 with Stormbolters
-5 Superiors with Plasma Pistols/Chainswords, 2 Superiors with Boltguns/Power Swords, 1 Superior with Boltgun/Power Maul (got those 3 Superiors when there was no difference between power weapons), 1 Superior with Boltgun
-1 Canoness with Eviscerator/Bolt Pistol, 1 Canoness with Storm Shield/Power Sword (could reasonably use as a Canoness with a Rosarius, Power Sword and Bolt Pistol)
-2 Penitent Engines
-4 Sisters with Heavy Bolters, 2 Sisters with Multi-Meltas, 2 Sisters with Heavy Flamers
-10 Seraphim including Superior with Bolt Pistol and Power Sword and 2 with pairs of Hand Flamers
-2 Immolator Chassis able to be swapped between Rhino and Immolator with free choice of weapon
-a 10-person Battle Conclave consisting of 6 Death-Cult Assassins and 4 Crusaders, Uriah Jacobus, a Uriah Jacobus proxy from Reaper Minis (also 4 Crusader proxies from Reaper Minis)
-about 20 Repentia with a Mistress
-2 Exorcists
-a modified Celestine model (gave her a jump pack from the Sanguinary Guard kit in place of her normal shroud and halo
-a priest with a chainsword
-a Sister Hospitaler and a Sister Dialogus
-2 or 3 bearers of Simulacrum Imperialises and a modified one to carry a Bretonnian Fleur-de-Lys (Lis? Can never remember, which is bad since I'm from Quebec) banner
-and enough Battle Sisters with boltguns to field a footslogging army without any vehicles when combined with the other models

I have at least one of pretty much everything I would ever use. There's nothing left to get that I want; the only purchases I could make would be rounding out my collection. And apart from the vehicles/walkers, it all fits in one KR cardboard box.

IG: The ever-threatening deployment zone spacing issue. Bunch and get blasted or spread and leave half the army in reserve?

The ever-threatening between-buildings traffic jam. 'So that's 30 guys, 3 wide... great, the guys at the back of the squad are out of range of the guys at the front, let alone the enemy...'

The ever-threatening backwards move. Move up 6", get shot back 7", move up 6"...

Also, 1 guy in an army of 100+ with a broken lasgun makes me very, very annoyed.

GK: I agreed not to play them in 5th as they were too good (I accidentally built a Paladin-bomb because 2-wound termies are cool), didn't see much action in 6th due to low-model-count armies suffering. Didn't see play as allies that often because they were AoC. Now, in 7th, they'd be back to being good, and able to ally with the rest of my armies... but we're not playing 7th...

Black Templars, getting told that Chapter Tactics is so awesome and we totally shouldn't complain because we got awesome units that every other CT does better.

The more I think about it, the more World Eaters and Black Templars have in common, it's rather scary.

Playing Tau, the worst part is definitely having to put up with how much complaining people seem to do about them. So glad that the interent masses have found other stuff to complain about and moved on by now.

That's why I'm hoping that if Sisters of Battle ever get a nice update with a new range of plastic models, the Codex is not overpowered.

I would not look forward to having played Sisters of Battle since 200...7? 8? I dunno, and then have people automatically think the worst of me online whenever I mention what army I play. Grey Knight players went through that, even the ones who were still using their painted metal minis.

A second one for both chaos space marines and grey knights. Whenever I fielded either abaddon or kaldor draigo and someone had to make a quip about failbaddon or the warp dust movie. They are slightly funny once but I still like the fluff for both characters and hearing the same bad joke every time is realy annoying.

Playing Eldar casually with friends. I have a < 50% win rate. If I win it's because Eldar is a tier 1 army and I should always win. If I lose, it's all my fault.
